Which food supplement could you take to boost your energy ?



Food supplements are concentrated sources of nutrients, like vitamins and mineral salts, substances for nutritional or physiological purposes, or plants and plant preparations that aim to alleviate deficiencies in a person’s regular diet. Here is a list of food supplement that you can take after taking the advice of your doctor to boost your energy:

1- Vitamin B complex: Can be found naturally  in eggs, milk, avocado, fish, nuts, meat, potato, berries, etc.

2- Vitamin C: can be found naturally in kiwi, lemon, berries, etc.

3- Omega 3: can be found in fish, eggs and meat.

4- Suffer: can be found in chicken, fish and meat.

5-Iodine: can be found in fish, bread, milk, cheese.

6- Vitamin K: can be found cheddar, chicken.

7- Vitamin D: can be found in tuna, sardine and egg yolk.

8- Spirulina: can be found only in big supermakets and pharmacy.

9- Chlorella: make a detox to your body but you should ask your doctor about the dosage to take everyday.

10- Antioxydent: can be found dark chocolate, black berries, coffee, tomato, etc.
