Learn How to stop constipation ?

If you are suffering from constipation, here is the main causes and homemade cures to get of this situation.

Main causes:
  1. You are not chewing enough while you eat.
  2. You eat too much sugar and dairy products
  3. You have a thyroid imbalance
  4. You don't drink enough water
  5. Your stomach acid is not enough strong to digest foods
  6. The biliary excretion are not enough to help in Digestion
  7. Hormonal changes (pregnancy, menopause, etc.)
  8. Hemorrhoids or anal fissures 
  9. Taking some medecines for a long time
  10. Constipation can be the result of more complex diseases: irritable bowel syndrome, colon injury, colorectal cancer, etc.

 Homemade cures:
  1. Make sure to chew your food enough
  2. Drink at least 2 to 3 litres for water per day 
  3. Make a drink with chia seeds, warm water and the jus of half small lemon
  4. Eat avocado, salad and parsley
  5. Make sure that your foods contiens enough potassium and magnesium
  6. Add olive oil with few drops of lemon 
  7. Eat one apple every day  you can also make a jus by mixing apple, beet and water
  8. Make some dried fig and black olives in a boll with olive oil, let it the whole day and eat it at night before sleeping
  9.  Take a warm drink of ginger, peppermint or lemon
  10. Take 3 black prunes and add to them some warm water, let them 15 min and then remove the bone and mix the prune's extract with one spoon of castor oil  and take 2 small spoons in the morning and at night for 3 days only.
Finaly, if after trying all this cures, you still feel the same pain, you should certainly consult a doctor.
