Step 1: Formulate intentions before going to bed
Our first thought in the morning is usually the same as the last before bed. It is therefore a matter of deliberately creating, every evening, a real enthusiasm for the idea of waking up the next day.
Step 2: Set alarm at the other end of the room
This forces us to stand up. Movement creates energy and naturally helps to wake up. This step increases our level of motivation upon awakening from 1 to 2.
Step 3: Brush your teeth
Brushing your teeth is something you do thoughtlessly in the first few minutes after waking up. This kind of task gives our body time to wake up. This step raises our level of motivation to wake up from 2 to 3 or 4.
Step 4: Drink a large glass of water
It is essential to hydrate immediately when you wake up. This step increases your motivation level when you wake up from 3 or 4 to 4 or 5.
Step 5: Put on your sports clothes
Early morning physical exercise is crucial to unleash your potential, as it puts you in an optimal mental, physical and emotional state. This step increases our level of motivation upon awakening from 4 or 5 to 5 or 6.
This will make it much easier to stay awake and perform our Miracle Morning once these five steps have been completed. In addition, they only require a few minutes beforehand.
