these difficult circumstances where everyone is confined in their homes
to avoid the spread of coronavirus and contamination, you must learn how to
stay positive to emerge stronger from this crisis and even to develop your
skills. I propose a list of activities to do at home to fully enjoy your confinement.
- Take care of your health: this global epidemic has revealed the importance of taking care of your immune system and having a balanced diet rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants to fight viruses and destroy cancer cells.
- Play sports: everyone is currently deprived of the club’s gym and swimming pool but you can still make some moves at home - stretching- to improve blood circulation because you eat all day long and you do not move, so you risk gaining weight and catching diseases. To do this, you can type "sport at home" on youtube and you will have several videos of movements to do from home.
- Focus on your skills and try to improve yourself: if you have skills in finance for example, read at least 3 specialized books, watch free or paid moocs on udemy, try to fix the gaps you have in your specialty to get out of the total containment stronger and more productive than before.
- Developing an online business: this crisis has enabled the digitalization of several businesses, as well as several people have suddenly found themselves without work, hence the need to have an online business generating income. For example, you can learn how to sell products on ebay or amazon, or sell services on Fiverr, take courses in commerce and marketing to develop your business.
- Reclassify your objectives and priorities: this opportunity for containment will allow you to question yourself, to make your personal assessment of career, health, couple, etc. after you can draw up new objectives and action plans to be able to achieve them.
